A matchbox-sized night-vision camera that wakes you up when it detects rapid eye movement patterns and promotes lucidity when used in conjunction with WILD and DEILD practices.
The trick is to remain as still as possible when the audio track wakes you up – so the brain-chemistry conducive to hallucination doesn’t get disturbed and flushed out. And then to think back to the dream in as much detail as possible while vividly imagining how you would alter it with the knowledge that it was a dream.
